Features

Mode of operation The actuator is controlled by means of a standard control signal DC 0 ... 10 V. It opens to the position dictated by this signal. The measuring voltage U allows the damper position (0 ... 100%) to be electrically indicated and serves as a follow-up control signal for other actuators.

Simple direct mounting Simple direct mounting on the damper spindle with a universal spindle clamp, supplied with an anti-rotation strap to prevent the actuator from rotating.

Manual override Manual operation is possible with the self-resetting pushbutton (the gearing latch remains disengaged as long as the pushbutton is pressed).

Adjustable angle of rotation Adjustable angle of rotation with mechanical end stops.
High functional reliability The actuator is overload-proof, requires no limit switches and automatically stops when the end stop is reached.

With a nominal voltage of AC 24 V, 50/60 Hz, and a DC 24 V range, the LM24A-SR is versatile enough to meet a range of application requirements. It has a power consumption of 1 W @ nominal torque during operation and 0.4 W at rest, making it an energy-efficient option for your system. The cable provided is 1 m long, 4 x 0.75 mm2, ensuring flexibility and ease of installation.

The LM24A-SR boasts a torque of 5 Nm @ nominal voltage, making it suitable for a range of damper sizes. It operates using a control signal of DC 0 ... 10 V, with a typical input impedance of 100 kΩ and a working range of DC 2 ... 10 V. The actuator features position feedback with a measuring voltage of DC 2 ... 10 V, with a maximum 1 mA. Its position accuracy is ±5%, ensuring precise control of your system. Additionally, the LM24A-SR's direction of rotation is reversible, and it has a manual override with a pushbutton, which can be disengaged and self-resetting.

The LM24A-SR has an angle of rotation of up to 95°, limited on both sides by adjustable, mechanical end stops. It has a running time of 150 s and a sound power level of a maximum of 35 dB (A). It features a mechanical, pluggable position indication, making it easy to monitor the actuator's position.

This actuator is also designed to withstand harsh conditions, with a degree of protection of IP54 in any mounting position. It operates within an ambient temperature range of –30 ... +50°C and a non-operating temperature of –40 ... +80°C. It also has an ambient humidity range of 95% r.H., non-condensating (EN 60730-1), and requires no maintenance, ensuring hassle-free operation.
