Once an order has been placed, you will be updated within 24 hours [excluding weekends] on a delivery time for your order.
Orders might take up to 3 weeks to be delivered depending on the items and quantity purchased.
Once the order is dispatched you will receive an email confirmation of the shipping which will provide all shipping details (including a tracking number if the shipping method you selected reserves that option).
Standard delivery takes 1 to 2 working days depending on destination and shipping method.
Please note - Orders over £30 will qualify for free shipping (UK mainland only). Any orders under £30 will have a £15 carriage cost fee (£18 Incl Tax).
Prices do not include VAT and other taxes, customs duties or other charges that may be due on the Products in the country of the Company and are expressed in the currency of the Supplier’s country unless agreed otherwise.
