TPZRS - This part has been phased out and replaced by the TPZRHT
The TPZRS (Zigbee Wireless Room Temperature Sensor) monitors the temperature of a space and sends the data back to the TPZ-Net Co-ordinator over a Zigbee wireless mesh network.
The TPZRS wireless Room Temperature Sensor monitors room temperature and sends data to the TPZ-Net Co-ordinator through Zigbee communications via a wireless network. The sensor sends this information out according to a pre-programmed timer or after a certain change in value (COV) to the measured value.
Because there is no cabling and the gadget is battery powered, the sensors are inexpensive and easy to install.
The TPZ-Net sensor data is exposed to a BACnet MS/TP or Modbus network via the TPZ-Net coordinator, enabling full integration with a building management system in commercial, educational, and retail applications (BMS).
Before installing any wireless sensors, it is highly suggested that you conduct a site survey.
