The MASSIMO electrical panel has been design to facilitate the retrofit installations of HVAC/R Units fitted with old Thermostatic Expansion Valves (TEV).This Electrical Panel comes supplied with:- Qty 2 E2VCABS600 Electronic Expansion Valve packard connector with 6 meter cable- Qty 2 NTC060HF01 NTC temperature sensors- Qty 2 SPKT0043R0 Ratiometric Pressure Transducer range from 0 to 17.3 Bar- Qty 2 SPKC005310 Packard connector for the SPKT** with 5 meter cableWill grant a much Higher efficiency of the unit, starting from about a 20% on the overall unit consumption. The MASSIMO electrical panel has been design to facilitate the retrofit installations of HVAC/R Units fitted with old Thermostatic Expansion Valves (TEV).Over the TEV, the Electronic Expansion Valves (EEV) offer a variety of benefits:- The TWIN Version will allow to manage two indipendent supearheat regulation on two separate circuits- Will grant a much Higher efficiency of the unit, starting from about a 20% on the overall unit consumption. - Precise control of the superheat- Adaption to all season and working conditions (specially Heat Pumps)- 1 EEV instead of 2 TEV in case of Heat Pumps. Les failure points in a Unit.- Super Fast modulation of the valve thanks to a stepper motor... Auto Adaptive regulation- All inbuilt Integration with the digital scroll management.MASSIMO is designed to be an easy retrofit Kit which will require only: 230Vac Power Supply and an Enable Volt Free Contact (VFC) from the Unit controller.- It's IP65 enclosure characteristics make it suitable also for outdoor installations.- UltraCAP module guarantees a fully closure of the EEV on powerfail

VALVES COMPATIBILITYCompatible with:- Can control any Carel ExV valves from 10 to 2000 Kw except the unipolar models.- Alco Valves: EX4; EX5; EX6; EX7; EX8 330 Hz and EX8 500 Hz- Sporlan Valves: SEI 0.5-11; SER 1.5-20; SEI 30; SEI 50; SEH 100; SEH175 and SER(I) G, J, K- Danfoss Valves: ETS 12.5-25B; ETS 50B; ETS 100B; ETS 250; ETS 400
CONFIGURABILITYThe configuration of the driver is Extremelly simple. Only requires to set 4 parameters:1) The Refrigerant type2) The application (if a chiller, display cabinet etc.)3) The types of transducers connected to the driver4) Electronic Expansion Valve Model and brandAll other parameters are automatically set to the best recommended settings to match the application. All parameters can be obviously be modified if required.
