The Carel AX5500PS20A30 is a User terminal (NFC, Bluetooth BLE).

The user terminal consists of a display and keypad with four buttons that, when pressed singly or in combination with other buttons, access the functions for making the fundamental settings or viewing the essential data, with various options depending on the user profile.

NFC + Bluetooth (BLE) connectivity is provided for communication with mobile devices and to facilitate unit commissioning (when the CAREL "Applica" app for the Android operating system has been installed, see "Commissioning" and "User interface").
