Introducing the SERIES 2-5000 Minihelic® set of Differential Pressure Gauges, an exceptional solution for all your differential pressure measurement needs. With its removable lens and rear-housing, this set of gauges offers easy and cost-effective servicing, making it ideal for OEM and user applications.

The SERIES 2-5000 Minihelic® set of gauges are built to last, with durable housing materials that make them well-suited for rough environments and total high pressure. These gauges provide accuracy and value, offering an excellent solution for a wide range of applications, including room positive pressure sensing, cabinet air-purging, medical respiratory equipment, air samplers, electronic air cooling systems, laminar flow hoods, local indication on filter status, face velocity on fume hood, and duct pressures.

The Minihelic® gauges are our most compact gages, yet they offer a clean design, small size, and low cost with enough accuracy for all but the most demanding applications. The gauges are easy to read and can safely operate at total pressures up to 30 psig. They feature a housing made of glass-filled nylon and a polycarbonate lens for added durability.

These gauges offer an accuracy of ±5% of FS at 70°F (21.1°C), making them reliable and precise. They have pressure limits of 30 psig (2.067 bar) continuous to either pressure connection and temperature limits of 20 to 120°F (-6.67 to 48.9°C). The diaphragm should be in the vertical position, but consult the factory for other position orientations. The process connections are barbed, for 3/16˝ ID tubing (standard); 1/8˝ male NPT (optional).

Weighing only 6 oz (170.1g) per gauge, these gauges are easy to install and use. The SERIES 2-5000 Minihelic® set of Differential Pressure Gauges meets the technical requirements of EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS II). Please note, they are for use only with air or compatible non-corrosive gases.
